Individual Life Coaching
I offer two life coaching programs. A 12 session life transformation based program and a longer-term retained coaching program. All coaching discussions start with a free consultation call to assess your needs and our compatibility. Coaching, like any relationship, only works if there is aligned chemistry and common ground to work with and grow from. CREATE A RADICALLY LOVED LIFE in 12 SESSIONS This is a program for those who want to make a quantum leap into loving all aspects of their lives. Together we’ll focus on self love and self care, increasing intuition-based decision making and tapping into passions, happiness and bliss before exploring professional expression and other relationships with the world. If you want to be well on your way to RADICALLY LOVING your whole life in three to four months, then this is the program for you.
CREATE RADICAL LOVE on RETAINER Retained coaching is the best approach for those who don’t feel a big transformation is needed in the short-term but would love to have someone holding space (being a guide, a sounding board, suggesting activities and new patterns and creating accountability) for them as life happens - because life always happens.
NEXT GEN, NEXT LEVEL - LIFE & CAREER COACHING This one-on-one coaching experience is for those just emerging from higher education or a portfolio program or those in the early years of their careers looking to trust and follow their intuition, define their personal calling, align to that calling and step boldly into an expansive, purposeful, fully and radically loved life experience. This experience is geared toward the next generations leading the way and bravely changing the systems and structures that no longer work in this world - one life experience at a time.

While creative talent placement and management was my professional focus for 17 years, my mission has naturally evolved into guiding people toward a loved life. Intuition, assessment and connection are inherent strengths that my work deeply and effectively honed, and my evolved service offering reflects the best of what I can offer. That said, I will on a very rare occasion take on a talent search or make a specific connection for a fee.
